What happens if I’m absent during the delivery of my order ?

Absence at Home Delivery

If you have chosen home delivery and are not home when the delivery driver arrives, don't worry.

Depending on the carrier, you may be contacted the day before delivery (by text message, email, or phone call) to inform you of the delivery window.

If you are not home, the driver has several options :

• Leave your package directly in your mailbox (if it is large enough)
• Leave a delivery notice in your mailbox

In this second case, you can pick up your package :

• either at the nearest post office
• or at the pickup point indicated on the delivery notice

Important

If your package is available at the pickup point and you do not collect it within the time frame specified by the carrier, the package will be returned to our logistics warehouse.
