How can I return my order ?

How to make a return ?

You can make your return directly from your customer account, in the " My Orders " section.

Steps to follow :

• Log in to your customer account

• Go to " My Orders "

• Select the order in question

• Click on " Return my order " (top right)

• Follow the instructions in the return module

Processing times

• Returns can take up to 15 calendar days to arrive at our warehouse and be processed.
• Once the return is validated, the refund can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
